Shipping + Returns
 

Shipping costs will be calculated and added to the total at checkout. Large, odd items will be shipped after consultation with both customer and York Metal. If you are in the area, you are welcome to pick up items at our facility. Please call ahead for hours of availability. Custom work is not available for returns or refunds. Any defect in workmanship or damage before customer accepts the item will be repaired / replaced to the best of our ability. Due to the nature of the work, surface defects are considered a part of the design finish, and not subject to repair or replacement.
